IMO - follow the smart money - if these guys are here for their 5-7% difference, they won't want to get caught & will notify the market via NDO ann that they have accepted the offer as a substantial holder, that's a que for the minnows to accept also. If they are here to put pressure on for an increase in the bid they will sit tight.
They still have a couple of weeks to soak up shares on market at around 5.2c before things tighten up as the end of the offer looms. I am hoping they will go for a 10% + stake & try to force an increase in the bid. Effectively if they get together they have that now - very interesting developments - love these games of chess.
