I am increasingly concerned that the Mac Bank is part of the process of crushing opposition to the deal. When I heard they had acted for MIN in the last takeover attempt I became concerned that they are still acting for them in one way or another.

I would love to be wrong but we are the small end of town and MIN are the big end.

One scenario is that MIN believes they are doing us a favour and are pissed about any opposition to their kindness!!!!

Let’s hope it’s not this way put in my darker moments I almost inclined to think so.
