Its a threat when you talk about losing subscribers, major threat no, and Telstra expressed surprise that the capex for the TPM rollout was less than their annual maintenance on their own network. Throw in the woeful spectrum availability and its high costs, and its going to be a long haul hard climb for TPM to make good money out of it.
