Macquarie group has made an a most unwelcome return to the RMS share register.
For some of the Macquarie entities, especially Macquarie Bank ( MBL) RMS stock provides delicious trading opportunities.
And, it would appear, a number of the satellites- all of them regulated , some by APRA and many by ASIC- are getting in on the act.
I'm sure an aspiring ASIC investigator would love to do some work into the decisions taken by the half dozen entities to ensure that on each occasion, for every single transaction of the 2000 transactions listed in this notice , that the officers of the subject regulated entity have acted 'fairly, honestly and efficiently ' as the ASIC Act requires of them.
I'll take it up with my local member of parliament.
