Here is the issue,
A sharp rise in share price, incited by an institution creates false sentiment and investors take a position at a higher price. How MQG time warped onto RMS without being noticed is beyond me.
Over the last couple of months nothing seemed to have changed to cause such a dead cat bounce, maybe this is the factor.
