MQC was the underwriter/purchaser of the block trade sale (detailed in the final pages), so there's somewhat of an open question as to what share overhang they now have (at 69c) to offload/on-sell. Perhaps they were happy to take the lot, or a v.large chunk, for their own account and extract an underwriting fee in the process?
