Macquarie Equities Limited, not to be confused with the 9 Macquarie Group entities named in this substantial shareholder notice, has released, on the 13th March, its 105 page commodites research compendium. They raised their NIC recommendation to outperform raising the target price to 85 cents from 83 cents citing 'valuation grounds' whilst acknowledging the destabilising impact of the Harum sell down. I think it's significant that the claimed, by the single poster Ccam, sell down cannot now have happened.The requisite 'ceasing to be a substantial shareholder' was due yesterday. Question: Why did Ccam post this false information? Who is Ccam? So I conclude Macquarie and their captive investment clients own 6%+ of NIC capital's to be its number 3 shareholder. That's a good thing ...isn't it?
