Yeah Builder, I'd say it's being manipulated to hell - unfortunately.
I'm also wondering if Morgan Stanley Australia can lend to Morgan Stanley International (and vice versa) for the purpose of one or the other shorting the stock. I'm not sure if this can legally be done or not, because one is registered overseas. I'd like a lawyer's view on this, if there is one out there.
I'd also like ASIC to clearly state why the names of the borrower and lender are not on separate lines, and why the form does not have a clear summary.
I'm going to follow this up with ASIC, for my own understanding.
