Unfortunately this reminds me of LNK a little bit.
- Initially numerous suitors. - Sum of the parts of LNK far outweighs the current SP. - Suitor (D&D in that case) under pressure by external party (FCA) and also market forces with the D&D SP. - SP sits below TO offer, dragging in arbitrage players. - LNK publicly swear black & blue all is fine and march on towards scheme meeting. - TO folds at the eleventh hour leaving holders high and dry.
I have been watching PDL with interest BUT think I may sit on the sidelines this time. Once bitten, twice shy. GLTAH.
