    Good call by Pendal management to try to force PPT to buy us... If it goes through we get a short term bump. If it doesn't we get a min of $23m.

    The lawyers would be all poring over this one. PPT will want a clean exit from the deal so they won't want to fight it in court and have a drawn out process. My guess is it might be more than $23m
