    I don't really buy into the downramper theory, especially on a small cap like XTC - you're unlikely to be able to influence enough people for the effect to count as more than crumbs in the big scheme of things. If you look at the number of shares in XTC traded in a day as a percentage of the SOI, it's tiny.
