    I have to admit I wasn't over the moon to see MUFG involved. But the ann's so far don't give enough info for me to assume shorting. Today's ann had purchases around 0.005 and sells at 0.0055 and then the placement dilution. That alone doesn't look like shorting. I'll look out for the borrowing/returning declarations to see shorting activity.
