14.2c AUD was the implied value at the takeover date. Currently that value is closer to 12.9c AUD if you use the current (and lower) Fortuna price of $4.65 CAD which is partially offset by the exchange rate movement. @nordesmic shows how this can be automated in the other thread.
Personally I'm not interested in Fortuna shares but will hold CHZ to see how this plays out.
