Been looking for some credible buy signals and slowly buying in small parcels recently. Morgan Stanley one of the better and enduring large investment houses. Capable of mistakes, but like JP Morgan, one of the more competent and reputable investment banks overall - Goldman's of course the third top tier, but very questionable ethics over the years.
