Read the report in detail. They don't clearly report collaterals returned. Don't know if this is purposely done or just secretary's careless mistake. I believe transactions like below are offset each other, rather than all incoming:
Also they don't report sell and returned borrowings. Typical pricks. They bought 17m and borrowed 9m shares over the period. Major transactions are from collaterals. So, there is not much meangingful stuff read from such a report.
