Is there any insight as to the change in hand of substantial holdings since the recent offer.

Is there a strategy to stop or influence the offer or is it to force the current offer to go through, in essence to reduce influence of stopping the offer by other investors?

Would be great if the Board could make an announcement update on current activities but I guess unlikely, unless it fits with their own agenda.
