    [Sadly I sold my 1.4m at 0.2675 to retire mortgage debt - waited but didn't see another bidder coming, and was just finding the risk of another pumped hydro delay followed by withdrawal of offer too stressful. Penalty for withdrawing was only $3m and slow purchase process basically indemnifies the buyer from any risk]
