    Watch the documentary "China Hustle" in Netflix. It was not the big institutions that investigated the Chinese stocks listed in NYSE using reverse mergers and went short ... it was small ( very smaller ) funds. Heck, one of the interviewee ( GeoInvesting ) even said they went to one of the big investment banks and they were told to shut up, because the big institutions were making money from the fees, etc.

    After 2008, people still trust big institutions ??
