Look at the buys they have done from the 1st until the 4th of this month im sure it adds up to 5.21% the other 5% was transferred to JP Morgan. Over the last 5 days im sure they have bought another 5% so they should have control of around 15% of the company.
Not sure what they are doing but sure it fits in well with their satelitte production plans.
