Hi guys, not the greatest at understanding these forms but first thing I notice here is 31,868,938 of these units held by mitsubishi financial group have the relevant interest as Morgan stanley.
Previous substantial holder form was listed as morgan stanley holdings of 5.6% for the same amount held directly by morgan.
Have they doubled their holding and now hold over 11% between the 2, if not it seems strange the same holding is listed under 2 entities for the same holding volume.
If they have doubled it is becoming quite a holding and wonder whether it is the building of a hostile take over??
