Yes, I too am a little confused. It looks like MUFG, a Japanese investment bank that is a part-owner partner of Morgan Stanley, borrowed five million shares from HSBC Noms on the 12th, then returned two million on the 14th. HSBC represents Karst Peak Capital who are a hedge fund. I have no idea what's going on given CYC has such a low turnover; is tightly held; and awaiting FDA approval this quarter.
