    i agree with you though, there must be another offer coming and that's why it is now trading North of the previous offer.

    I just lost patience and wanted to use the money for other investments - I would have preferred to leave it parked here for the next 30 years.

    I knew this would happen as soon as I sold. Murphys Law.
