Gwaihir, Still believe if we are to get another offer it would be late January early Feb, feel if nothing happens buy then the deal is done, though I would hope we would be informed of what the Divi will be by end of month.
One thing is for certain though, anything can happen in this business, just look at the take over of API as an example.
