There might be two potential new bidders or a joint bid.... Forest might be teaming up or there's another bidder in the pond.
i don't mind what the board did, they essentially set a floor price and basically issued a challenge to every potential bidder, they know there is a few of there.
they've done their bit by facilitating the first bid.
