It can well afford it, a cash offer means no dilution just junk bond debt
BOD, CEO & PPT unanimous approval of IGO bid is a BIG bonus imho.

My call last year of 3.60-3.80 scrip bid way above the actual bid of 3.36 cash.
IGO will go to 3.50 imho

You obviously don’t know that Mitsubishi owns Sentier.
It’s the same share holding 17.4m.
Cash was brilliant now a scrip alternative is brilliant, no higher bid, now a higher bid. Embarrassed much?
