Everyone needs to chill out. PSC’s forum is the same old rubbish and is a becoming a pain to read. Sit back and wait - no one knows what the tax implications will be as of yet. And no one knows what the abundance of cash ($50mil+) will be used for in the near future for PSC (2.0 as some say).
This is a deal worth half a billion dollars. It doesn’t happen over night.
