Whether it's BOE or any other company, you can use the shorters to your advantage for averaging down if you're late to the party.
On the other hand, if you're HODLer (Hold On for Dear Lifer or long term investor), then you likely don't particularly care what the shorters are up to. Shorters may/might be banned in the future(JPMorgan as an example),but in the meantime, you need to swim or drown. No logic in complaining about what you can't change or control. The only thing you can control is your mind. Run with THAT.
