MUFG are short sellers / buy to lend to short sellers. they seem to accumulate cheap shares by first buying a bunch and then letting them be lent out and shorted and then they end up going sub holder later as they load up at the bottom. they then dump back below 5% on the next big run. that's my experience of watching them for ages in Afterpay and other stocks. It's definitely not a good sign to see them
