Who would be brave or stupid enough to short XTC at this price? They may be planning on lending some shares to shorters down the track if the price runs on good results or other announcements. Even if it were to go down to .004, they would have 75 mill shares in the queue in front of them. Many more volatile and liquid stocks than XTC to short at present in this market.
