    Hey Cat,
Let's do some purely speculative mussing. Nothing specific about anyone or entity.
There is a Cap Raising, SPP, for all shareholders of some company, somewhere over 1.2 billion shares.
The offer price is close to the current market.
Retail investors, like a lot on HC, may have limited funds to invest. The Offer is for $2,000 to $30,000 parcels.
I am guessing the most aggressive investors in the company are loaded up with oppies = NO access to the SPP
Last week, retail investors in the company could have sold 2.5 million shares for .6 cents and pulled $15,000. Enough, ignoring selling costs to get into the SPP for 2.5 million new shares + 1 option for every 2 shares held. HFHell. Options for less than chump change. Ok, all theoretical.
    So WTFIG on?
Lots of theories, lots of 'rabbit holes', ha ha.
One might be, just 400 million shares are taken in 'da plan'. Leaving 800 million + 400 million oppies for the bottom feeders.
If I were a bottom feeder, I might try to short the sp, so mere mortals don't feel comfortable. I am one mere mortal but I think I am seeing too much BS.
If 800million shares are left on the table because the bottom feeders can keep the sp sub .6 by trading where we can't = on the 4th decimal point = 0.0055. Then the bottom feeders can offer to take up the shortfall.
Last week I was guns down, let it happen. But if I can see shorters, who have a 4 week window, I am thinking time for guns up.
I will go for the SPP - this is not financial advice
