Similar substantial holdings announcements by MUFG and Morgan Stanley for IHR during a takeover bidding war between two acquirers which has driven the price up 5 folds in less than 3 months.
Considering the very different situations of these companies, I don’t know if the announcements mean anything other than they are holding shares for some sophisticated shareholders.
