Commonwealth Bank. The company operates as a standalone global investment management business, with offices across

So First Sentier Investors is owned by MUFG and therefore the stock owned by Sentier is also declared by MUFG.
I would say that it's likely Sentier (MUFJ) have lent this parcel of shares to the various investment funds like Regal and Morgan Stanley Long Short Fund who have the intention of creating volatility to trade them aggressively and will short them and then buy back the shares at cheaper prices. You wouldn't think it was worth their while to target such a small company, but ultimately their aim is to relieve retail holders and small traders of their cash.
It's the same parcel of shares and the agreements for borrowing and the ownership chain have triggered the various declarations since its 5% of the shares on issue.
