"no major contract due to renewal" is not "no major contract". How can you know in the next 2 years you won't get any new contract, mate?
The only thing you know is you are under a current contract, which is due in 2025.
The government's contract is normally awarded in a longer term, so 3-5 years is quite common.
"no major contract due to renewal" is not "no major contract"....
