Both are high grade high margin projects. Develop are the mining industries underground miner of choice. BB is a major holder of SPR scrip. BB's Develop mining services is already a major cog in the BGL machine. Already strong relationships previously formed between several members from both organisations (they were part of a successful team that took NST from minnow to major.)
