    I think you will find that this substantial holder announcement is just associated with the substantial holding announcement from this morning. MUFG are required to declare there interest as they have a greater than 20% stake in Morgan Stanley. To be clear there is effectively one new substantial holding. I’d take anyone guess on what is behind the move.
