On 3rd June 25 million shares got traded and the four directors bought all of 87k shares (0.34% of total traded). MUFG announcement of acquiring 5.01% is after a long period of buying since February and they paid well over $10 per share for a good part of the 5% before any of the $hitstorm happened.
