NZ press is running stories about poor customer service that constituted child "abuse" from QAN on Jo'burg to Australia/ New Zealand where kids got no food and/or drink for 15 hours.
Safety issues of air cons dripping water on the floor and delays/ aborted takeoffs in Jo'burg, an undeveloped air traffic control country with a poor safety record.
They better hope that AIZ has another Erebus disaster or their market share in NZ might go to the wall with a sustained attack on QAN International, Jetstar and QLink from the NWS and FXJ press.
