Hi @PRD2427 It is there as posted. I directly did a 'cut and paste' from the link. I agree with you that I can't see any legit software company would try to cash in on Ads etc - but there it is. Right there:

My point is exactly that if I am buying software (on a subscription basis, or any other reason) I don't want ads to 'pop up' and take away the time it is meant to save me. Geez, I REALLY hate freeware and the associated ads but put up with due to being 'free'. You do not agree?
Now, if you don't understand - fair enough. Just my opinion and that is all it is. Myself, if I pay for a product I do not want 3rd party ads, banners etc. annoying and distracting me. Hell, I even cancelled my subscription to a news site for the incessant 'ads' to other 'features' that they offered - because they became distracting and above all annoying
Like I say, IMO, each to their own - BUT I vet terms and conditions these days because I like what I like - and Hate what I hate - and especially hate unwanted ads etc when I have paid for a product to do a specific thing/things
