takeover bid incoming or do they just want the divvies... seems to be reasonably clever buying without pumping the price, unless they have gobbled up some from the big boys selling out. look up David Lamm (NGE signatory), brother Raphael Lamm (L1 capital) and their family members, history of activist investments and have strong connections among Melbourne family offices / HNW holders (e.g. got a syndicate to put $120m into Mesoblast). once next payment hits will be a massive cash shell and register is weak with lots of smallish holders, 20-25% might get you control over $100m aussie. IMO money's not safe until it's in the hands of shareholders and the sooner the better.
