I haven’t topped up, but directors are… a good sign too. This may go lower yet with further weather, but it’s in value buy zone. PPT tend to be mainly value fund managers, so makes sense they are buying, especially with rising bond yields. Weather you can’t exactly control and it’s going to be a wet stormy summer.
