I expect that PPT will reduce their holding after the ex div date, not immediately but a few weeks after that, but when they exit they will probably try to do it in a way that the price either holds, or goes up slightly because they will want to make a small capital gain on the shares they bought. sort of buy low sell high effect, but using manipulation to achieve that.
