I have been stopped out ages ago, and tuned out of GPR for a while - so just to catch up the TLR is that in a shareswap and buyback SBM have sold out of PTN have brought the PTN stake in GPR, so this essentially means that SBM have a long-dated option/blocking stake in GPR and are out of PTN.

Assume new management and a new approach to getting Woodlark into production with gold price tailwinds? Last notes I made on this it was an EV/Ounce of around $10AUD per Oz of gold? If so that is a theme of SBM doubling down on Simberi and PNG so will be interesting to see if they can make Woodlark work.
