Just reposting my NPV calcs for BC8, very tasty, esp with conservative inputs, should out perform this, if I was Gareth I'd be thinking of tapping the market in the nearish future for mine development capital, unless he wants to debt fund it, no point in doing that IMO as that brings hedges into the equation
