This is unquestionably a positive development and shareholders should support this by voting against the proposals and supporting shareholder activism. Karoon management may well be acting in their own interest and not in shareholder interests. This is why the involvement of an activist shareholder is needed. They also need to provide better information to justify such large allocations of shareholder money.
