Its time for management to come to terms with what value they will add to the share price and to share holders. They have concluded acquisitions as per their plan which to me was a good move. This has Now since then driven the share price to 6 month to 12 month lows and falling. To drive the share price up they have to get interest in buyers. Having a policy of just purchases with no return of capital to those that own the shares will not deliver interest to buy.
I as many here feel that its Now time to give back to those, that have supported Kar over the years. The joining of Sandon Capital and Samuel Terry teaming up should give Kar some direction as what is required. I have voted in line with their objectives as I feel now is the time for Kar to Act. I am sure even Kar has seen the writing on the wall with the resent sell down of the share price. Wake up and move this company to the status it should be at.
