The notice lodged at 10:37am this morning suggests that Sandon become a substantial holder on the 29th of May (so only today).

There was a cross trade done at 9:34am this morning for 99m shares which incidentally was only at 3.15c, so perhaps they picked this up from a partly that was interested in offloading (a decent discount, so might have been a hurried sale).

There are only 3 substantial holders from what I can see with General Motors being one of them.......perhaps they offloaded half their holdings given where we are with Nickel, and if it is them, then we should see a substantial holder change notice in the next couple of days (if not, then someone below the 5% mark, although none of them have 100m shares to sell).
