There is another article in The Australian newspaper.
It talks about RFG being a possible acquisition target for Ampol, citing RFG as a potential option to compete with Viva energy service stations.
The article also suggests that RFG could be a acquisition target Adamantem Capital (owns Boost), Anchorage Capital Partners or Allegro (who recently sold Pizza Hut)
I dont think this enough information to make a detailed analysis, but one thing is certain - something is happening in the background.
A random release of an investor presentation by RFG, followed by multiple days of trading volumes, and an emerging stream of business news indicating that RFG could be up for sale or a merger.
Hopefully we get more clarity shortly
