Most of the Australian dataroom rumour are rubbish they just make thing up, AFR street talk is a lot better and they have insider source, almost all the stuff mentioned in AFR street talk turn out to be true.
while we are on this subject I think a reverse take over maybe in Play with Riguad taking 10% so I am buying back in
United Petroleum is owned by Riquad and failed an IPO in 2016 due to some paperwork issues and they blamed it on Herbert Smith Freehills lawyer and the two end up in court
I think they still has the ambition to go IPO like Chemist warehouse via SIG
