    Pinto is a substantial holder in his own right of OGX and from memory is also a director in some capacity for TYX.

    I'm still very new to the stock market but if TYX also becomes a substantial they will obviously have some sort of voting rights (and probably influence the board in some manner).

    Pinto IMO is demonstrating his faith in OGX, hopefully this also gives reassurance to those fretting the drop in OGX's SP.

    Just my 2cents worth.
