hunter38 there was some strange behavior recently that looked a bit like price manipulation. If you have enough cash & know how is possible to move a price down then acquire the bulk at the lower price, it's also illegal. Not to accuse anyone but I did raise I thought something looked a bit fishy about a week ago.
